JOB DESCRIPTION

 

  • Provide prompt and accurate information regarding the bank’s products and services.
  • Listen to customers’ inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Process withdrawals and cash disbursements accurately.
  • Verify customer signatures and identification documents for transaction authorization.
  • Issue bank statements, checkbooks, and debit cards to customers.
  • Complete all necessary documentation and paperwork for customer transactions.
  • Perform foreign currency exchange transactions based on customer requests.
  • Carries out other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • FOR ASSOSA BRANCH UNDER JIMMA AREA OFFICE
  1. Qualification
    • BA Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance /Management/Economics or other related fields.

    Experience

      • 1 year of Experience in Banking operation as a Customer Service Officer
